Our Commercial Building Work
We also undertake commercial building contracts - in the form of refurbishment of buildings, improvements, factory building/refurbs.
An example of our work is the refurbishment of the Zizzi building and offices in Market Harborough. This contract was around 1 million pounds and we used our own workforce plus lots of contracted trades to complete the job.
Last year we provided extensive refurbishments to a local restaurant and we are currently undertaking a comprehensive factory refurbishment locally.
