Our Residential Building Work
We have a huge amount of experience working in the residential and private sector and this is where we have built up such a solid reputation.
Over the years we have undertaken many types of residential building works, including:
- 1 and 2 (and even 3) storey house extensions
- house renovations, refurbishment
- new build homes
- external landscaping works inc patio, balustrade, decorative walls etc
Customer Care and Communication
We understand how good communication between us and the customer is vital to the success of the job.
We have had several jobs where the building works mean that the house has doubled in size and we have carried out works with the family in situ which can be quite tricky and requires really good communication between the workforce and the customer.
Property Renovations
Renovations to older properties is an area we are very experienced in. We regularly work in conjunction with architects and structural engineers to ensure we comply with all building regulations and standards. We have worked on many listed buildings over the years.
New Builds
We have built quite a few houses, especially doing small developments of 1 - 4 houses - usually quite high spec and exceptionally high standard finish.
